By making a booking, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the artist and ensure a professional and reliable service.

1. Booking & Deposit

A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit has been paid.

The deposit:

  • secures your date and appointment time

  • is deducted from the final balance

  • is non-transferable to another person or event

Dates cannot be held without a deposit.

If the deposit is not received within the agreed time, the date may be released and offered to another client.

2. Payments

The remaining balance must be paid:

  • on or before the day of the appointment

  • in the agreed payment method (bank transfer / cash unless otherwise stated)

Services must be paid for in full before any work is carried out.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment time.

Cancellations made:

  • within 48 hours — deposit will be forfeited

  • on the day / no-show — full balance may still be payable

If the artist needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

4. Changes to Booking

Any changes to:

  • number of people

  • location

  • timing

must be communicated in advance.

Additional services requested on the day are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

5. Travel, Parking & Early Start Fees

Travel fees may apply depending on distance and location.

Any parking, tolls, congestion or venue access fees must be covered by the client.

Early start fees may apply to appointments before standard working hours.

These charges will be discussed before confirming your booking.

6. Delays & Late Arrival

Please be ready at the agreed start time.

Delays caused by the client or bridal party may:

  • reduce service time

The artist will not be responsible for delays caused by lateness or scheduling issues outside their control.

7. Hygiene, Skin Conditions & Allergies

Clients must inform the artist of:

  • allergies

  • sensitivities

  • medical skin conditions

prior to the appointment.

Patch testing is available upon request.

The artist is not liable for reactions where prior conditions were not disclosed.

If a client presents with contagious skin or hair conditions, services may be refused and no refund will be given.

Good hygiene and clean skin are required before makeup application.

8. Children & Environment

For safety reasons, children must not be present in the working area.

The working space must be:

  • clean

  • well-lit

  • with access to a chair and table

This ensures best results and safety for everyone.

9. Photos & Portfolio Use

Before-and-after photos may be taken for portfolio and social media use.

If you do not wish photos to be used, please inform the artist in writing prior to your appointment.

10. Artist Illness or Emergency

In the rare event the artist is unable to attend due to illness or emergency:

  • every effort will be made to arrange a replacement artist
